The Australian Dispute Resolution web site

Welcome to this website about mediation, conflict management and dispute resolution in Australia. The website is dedicated to enhancing cooperative approaches to the management or resolution of conflicts and disputes, through national and international collaboration.

We offer a range of services including the Australian Dispute Resolution Directory, a database of organisations including mediators, conciliators, facilitators, arbitrators, educators, trainers and a wide range of service providers. If your organisation is not yet registered, we encourage you to do so on the Website Directory page.

We are currently expanding this site to become the Asia-Pacific Mediation E-Centre. Please contact Dale Bagshaw if you wish to be a part of this exciting new development.

Presenters will focus on the most current theories, research, practice wisdom and parental experiences in relation to the emphasis given to shared parenting and associated decision making after separation and divorce.
