Bibliography
This bibliography for alternative and judicial dispute resolution (ADR
and JDR) was compiled by Ms Kate Blomfield, Professor Andrew Pirie, and the
Honourable Hugh F Landerkin, for the first of the Asia Pacific Mediation
Forums in 2001. Though a little out of date by now, it is quite
comprehensive. (Volunteers are being sought for an update; if you are
interested, please contact Dale Bagshaw at the above address.
